Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Tivelio application and services. Tivelio is operated by FLASHLABS DEV S.R.L., Strada Scarlatescu 27-29, Ground Floor, Room 3, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania (“we”). Contact: support@tivelio.com.
The service
Tivelio is a media player. It plays the playlists and streams that you add yourself (Xtream Codes, M3U). We do not provide, sell or host any channel, film or series, and you are solely responsible for having the right to access the content you add.
Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services.
Intellectual property
The Tivelio application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.
Plans and prices
Tivelio Pro is offered as:
- a monthly subscription and an annual subscription, which renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel;
- a lifetime licence, paid once, which does not renew.
One licence covers up to five devices, on every platform where Tivelio is available. Prices are shown before payment and include VAT. We may change our prices; a new price applies to an existing subscription only from its next renewal, after notice.
Payment and renewal
On our website, payment is processed by Stripe. In the App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and those purchases are managed in your Apple or Google account.
A subscription is charged at the start of each period. If a renewal payment fails, access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
Changing plan
- Website subscription: open the billing portal (the “Manage subscription” button in the app, or the link below) to switch between monthly and annual. The change is prorated.
- App Store or Google Play: change plan in your store’s subscription settings, or from the app.
- Buying the lifetime licence while subscribed: your licence keeps its devices. A website subscription is stopped automatically at the end of the period already paid. An App Store or Google Play subscription is not stopped by the store: cancel it in your store settings, as the app reminds you.
Cancel your contract
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
- Website subscription: in the app, open Licence → Manage subscription, or email support@tivelio.com with the email address used for payment. We confirm the cancellation and its end date by email.
- App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad (Settings → Users and Accounts → Subscriptions on Apple TV).
- Google Play: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from your purchase on our website to withdraw, without giving any reason.
- Subscriptions: at checkout you ask for the service to start immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund you less an amount proportionate to the service already provided.
- Lifetime licence: at checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided. This acknowledgment is confirmed in your receipt.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@tivelio.com (for example: “I withdraw from my contract for Tivelio Pro bought on [date], order [receipt number]”). We acknowledge it without delay and refund you within 14 days using the payment method you used.
Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play follow Apple’s and Google’s refund policies.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refunded purchase, or a payment disputed through your bank (chargeback), ends the access it paid for. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
Third-party services
Our services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify the services; if we discontinue a paid feature, we will tell you in advance.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. Except in case of fraud or serious breach, we will tell you beforehand.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statutory guarantees that apply to consumers are not affected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim before its courts.
